Optional turntable with grid division:
The turntable with snap-in function can be used to cut pieces of cheese of the same size. When the plate is turned, it locks into place at each division.
The desired division can be specified when ordering. The plates are easily interchangeable, so several plates with different divisions can be used. Special divisions are also possible.
Cheese hold-down option:
The cheese hold-down option is mounted on the side of the blade and scrapes the piece of cheese off the blade when the blade is moved upwards. The cheese holder can be adjusted to the desired cheese height, from 80mm to 130mm cheese height.
